Coronavirus (COVID-19) Booster Vaccine
We are now offering eligible patients the coronavirus (COVID-19) booster vaccine at our Bentley branch.
The NHS should contact you if you’re eligible for a seasonal booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
We will be offering appointments to the following:
Aged 65 years old or over (you need to be 65 years old by 31 March 2024)- Live in a care home for older adults
- Are aged 18 years old or over and have a weakened immune system
- A frontline health or social care worker
- Aged 16 to 64 years old and are a carer
- Live with someone with a weakened immune system
